About the Role We are looking for a Paid Media Manager who can manage and optimize campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. This role focuses on execution, performance improvement, and scaling campaigns while maintaining control over costs and efficiency. The role requires strong understanding of paid media platforms, ability to analyze performance data, and coordination with creative and marketing teams to improve results. Key Outcomes Performance Consistency • Maintain stable and consistent performance across Meta and Google campaigns • Ensure control over key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and CPC Campaign Optimization and Scaling • Identify winning campaigns and scale them efficiently • Reduce wasted spend and improve campaign efficiency Creative and Campaign Alignment • Work closely with creative teams to improve ad performance • Ensure campaigns are aligned with messaging, offers, and funnels Structured Execution • Maintain organized campaign structures and naming conventions • Ensure timely campaign launches and updates Primary Responsibilities • Monitor and optimize Meta and Google ad campaigns • Track key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversions • Pause underperforming ads and scale winning campaigns • Review budgets, targeting, placements, and audience performance • Identify performance issues and take corrective actions • Analyze campaign performance and identify trends • Plan and implement scaling strategies • Coordinate with creative team for new ad requirements • Test new audiences, creatives, and campaign structures • Share performance updates and improvement suggestions Skills and Competencies Required • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads • Understanding of campaign structures, targeting, and bidding strategies • Ability to analyze performance data and optimize campaigns • Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversion tracking • Ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions • Ability to manage multiple campaigns across brands • Strong attention to detail and structured approach • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work with creative, content, and marketing teams • Clear communication and coordination Experience and Qualifications • 2+ years of experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns • Experience in e-commerce or performance marketing preferred • Proven ability to manage and optimize paid campaigns Reporting Structure • Reports To: Performance Marketing Lead or Leadership Team • Works Closely With: Creative Team, Marketing Team, and Analytics Team KPIs (Performance Indicators) • ROAS and CPA performance • Campaign scalability and efficiency • Reduction in wasted ad spend • Timely execution and campaign management • Alignment with marketing and campaign goals
