• Roology is looking for a Client & Vendor Relations Executive to manage customer communication, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth order execution from inquiry to delivery.
• This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and comfortable handling customer interactions across WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and email.
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound client communication (WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email).
• Manage customer orders end-to-end:
• Inquiry sizing consultation confirmation dispatch feedback.
• Coordinate with vendors for production updates and follow-ups.
• Handle customer support and grievance resolution professionally.
• Track deliveries and reduce RTOs through courier follow-ups.
• Maintain and update operational/order management sheets.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Requirements
• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Ability to handle customer issues calmly and professionally.
• Comfortable with Google Sheets/Excel.
• Fashion/ecommerce industry knowledge is a bonus.
