Roles and Responsibilities
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and lead generation platforms.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of IT services and digital solutions to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
• Conduct discovery calls and client meetings to understand business requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and decision-makers.
• Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, design, and development for smooth project execution and onboarding.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain consistent pipeline activity.
• Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and sales reports regularly.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and international market requirements.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial discussions with clients to close deals successfully.
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for client interaction and relationship building.
• Experience in Business Development, IT Sales, SaaS Sales, or International Sales preferred.
• Knowledge of lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, CRM tools, and email outreach platforms is preferred.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales and client acquisition process.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Good negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in Night Shift (US Shift).
